Cozy, sweet, romantic… These are the words that come to mind when I think of this coffee shop anniversary session! You don’t want to miss it!
I am always on board for a date photo session, so when Mary contacted me about doing a session at a coffee shop, I was so excited. We decided to do the session at Ninety-Two Bakery and Cafe. It is such a cute cafe, and their coffee and pastries are amazing!
On the day of the session, I got there a bit early, and it was nice and full! We had tried to plan it on a day when it was a slower time, but you never can tell, especially during the summer. There weren’t really any spots open to take pictures. We briefly debated going to another coffee shop, but we weren’t sure where else to go. But then one area opened up, and we were able to start there. Then slowly more areas opened up, as people moved in and out, and we were able to get a great variety of images in different areas of the coffee shop. The pictures turned out exactly as I was hoping they would!
Anniversary sessions have a special place in my heart. I love working with young couples as they start their lives together, and it’s encouraging to work with those who have stayed the course. The ones who have been through the good and the bad, seen the best and worst sides of one another, and have grown together. I could go on, but I think you get the point. It’s something worth celebrating, and I am honored when I get to have a part in telling your story!
Happy 25th anniversary, Johnny and Mary!
