I am so excited to show you this beautiful Lubbock engagement session! This session is extra special to me because these two happen to be some of my closest friends!
Trudy and I are both youth leader children, so we spent a lot of time together when we were younger, but the thing that connected us most was our love for music, particularly piano. ( Piano Guys and Philip Wesley were some of our early faves.) We still both love music, but nowadays we tend to talk a lot more about school stuff since we’re both teachers.
As for Knals, I probably got to know him best while playing basketball or volleyball. We are both super competitive!
The two hung out together with the same group of friends, both enjoyed sports, and had a mutual love for all things green, but at first people would never have imagined them together. Now, we can’t imagine them apart!
When I heard that Knals and Trudy were engaged, I was so excited! I was even more excited to be asked to take their engagement pictures!
They were looking for something more green than is generally found in this part of Texas. We found a perfect location for it! We went to the Lubbock Memorial Arboretum for our first location. Then we headed to Mackenzie Park for our second. We got amazing pictures at both! Not to mention the fact that the session was a blast!
Trudy and Knals, thank you so much for the beautiful picture of love you show. You are both such a good example for those around you, and I’m excited to see where God leads you two together! Thank you for allowing me the privilege of taking your pictures! It was such a fun session!
