I am so excited to share this beautiful sand dunes engagement session with you! This session is special to me because I’ve seen this relationship as it developed from being a friendship at work to him getting down on his knee to pop the question. Julia is my cousin and so I was able to watch this love story as it unfolded! And the great thing is that this is just beginning!
Sand Dunes Engagement Session
This session was perfect in every way! The location they chose was the nearby sand dunes, which showcase our West Texas environment! The weather cooperated beautifully. Because of the windy days before the session, I had been a bit concerned that it would be windy again, but it was nice and calm! And the outfits… Let’s just say that Julia pulls of the bold red color wonderfully! She looked absolutely gorgeous! And add to that, the love these two share… They were both glowing! It was beautiful!
It was so fun working with these two! Julia and Andrew were naturals in front of the camera! Since Julia’s been in front of my camera several times, she knew what to expect, but Andrew probably didn’t realize he was in for a lot of lame jokes and poses that felt a little weird! But they laughed through it, and we got amazing pictures! The twirling pictures have to be some of my favorites, but I also loved the walking pictures! But every time I look through these pictures again, I have new favorites!
Julia and Andrew, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these special memories for you! I loved being able to work with you, and I can’t wait for your wedding day! I’m excited to see where God takes you in life!
