Anniversary sessions are one of my favorite types of sessions (I know, I know… I think I say this about almost every type of session… But it’s true!) and it is doubly special when I get to work with friends! I have known Matthew and Naomi from long before they were a couple. I’ve seen them go from being friends, to dating, to getting engaged (Click here to see their engagement session. It was a rainy day, and we even got a rainbow in some of the shots!). You don’t want to miss this beautiful Lubbock Greenhouse Anniversary Session!
Naomi always does an amazing job of choosing beautiful locations for their sessions and this time was no exception! She chose Mary Lee Gardens for this session, and let me tell you, it is stunning! Both of their outfits went so well with the greenery and flowers. This session gives all the summery feels, and I love it!
I was pleasantly surprised with how big the greenhouse was. When I got there, I did a quick loop to see what all was at the greenhouse. They have so many different sections!
When Matthew and Naomi got there, we started at one end of the greenhouse and made our way through, getting beautiful images in just about every section of the greenhouse. We had to work around some people, but since it was quite big, it wasn’t difficult at all. And with all the different areas of the greenhouse, we got a lot of variety.
I always enjoy how easy-going Matthew and Naomi are! They are also pros when it comes to posing already, which makes the session super easy! We got some of the traditional shots, looking at the camera, and then of course, the more candid shots, like my favorites: the walking and twirling shots!
Matthew and Naomi, I loved working with you two again! Thank you for trusting me to capture your memories!
