Denver City Portrait Session

This Denver City portrait session was absolutely perfect! I can’t wait to share it with you!

I was excited to work with Katie when she asked me if I had time to take her pictures! The answer was an immediate yes! And it was everything I knew it would be!

This session was filled with great conversation, beautiful smiles, and a lot of fun. Katie’s outfit was so pretty, and her smile even more so. She was a natural in front of the camera, and I loved that she was willing to do whatever I asked her to, even if it felt weird. The result was some amazing photos.

I always love trying out new locations, and this one is going to be a new favorite! The way the sun shone through the trees, the nice paths, and the variety you can get here make this location a winner! I was so glad Katie agreed to let me try out this new location!

Did you know that your outfit helps give the pictures a specific feel? For example, Katie’s outfit, with a cream top and pink skirt, gave the pictures a light and airy feel. If you are wanting to give your pictures this feel, wearing lighter, neutral clothes helps play into that.

But the most important part of your photo session is you! Yes, location and outfit choice play a part in the overall feel of your photo shoot. But when it comes down to it, you are the most important part. My goal is always capturing your memories in a beautiful way. Your smile, your personality, you… That is what is going to have the biggest effect on your pictures!
