It didn’t look like the sun was going to come out. There was some chance for rain right around the time we were going to be doing portraits. But we went ahead with the session, and the sun came out just in time to give us some beautiful glow for Nellie and Eddie’s wedding portraits! I can’t wait to share them with you!
Wedding Portraits
When Nellie and I first started planning this session, I knew that it was going to be perfect! I was so excited to work with her and her (at that point) fiance. Nellie and I worked together as teachers, and we are both photographers, which makes it a double honor to be hired to take her wedding pictures!
Nellie chose a beautiful church setting for their pictures. As is the custom, we planned the pictures for before the wedding. And then we waited for the day to arrive. When it did come, I watched the forecast with apprehension. It looked like the rain might clear up, but our weather had been so unpredictable that I was scared it would pour on us. But it didn’t! In fact, it cleared up nicely, so that we got a beautiful glow along with perfect weather!
These pictures couldn’t have turned out better! We started off with some walking pictures, and then got a mixture of portraits and candid shots. It was so clear that Nellie and Eddie were so excited to get married! They are just an absolutely stunning couple, and we got some amazing photos!
Nellie and Eddie, thank you so much for allowing me to capture this special time of life! It was an honor to work with you, and I can’t wait to see where God takes you in your marriage. May He bless you as you enter this new stage of life!
