Turning one is a special occasion, and the Harms family chose to celebrate Nora’s one year old birthday with a photo session! This session was a mixture of a family session and individual pictures for the one year old. I am so excited to share it with you!
As soon as they stepped out of the vehicle, I knew this session was going to be great! Their outfits were perfectly coordinated, and their smiles were in place. This family of seven was so great to work with! The children were so sweet, and their parents were the greatest!
Nora was such a sweet little girlie! The family obviously adores her! She wasn’t interested in the camera as much as she was interested in the pond and everything else around her. She kept turning and looking around everywhere. There was just so much to see! Her inquisitive nature made for some adorable pictures! With the help of the older siblings and parents, we were able to get some adorable ones of her looking and smiling at the camera. We also got a lot of candid shots that captured her personality!
Family Photo Session
Besides doing the one year old pictures, we also got some beautiful family shots! Their pastel colors fit so well with the background, and the effect was amazing. The children were so much fun to work with! One of my absolute favorite shots was the very last one we took. With the family holding hands, they walked toward the pond. The shot turned out perfectly!
Of course, a family session isn’t complete if you don’t get some shots of just Mom and Dad. Capturing the two who started this family is such an important part of the session!
